Courtney Watson House of Delegates District 9B Greetings Friends, When Governor Larry Hogan announced his plan to lift the stay-at-home order on Friday, May 15 in Maryland, he continued by saying local leaders have the ability to determine whether that is appropriate for their jurisdictions. Our County Executive, Dr. Calvin Ball provided his own modified plan (see below) for Howard County. On Wednesday, May 13, the Maryland House of Delegates Economic Matters Committee held a virtual hearing on unemployment issues in the state.
