Panel Discussion on Proposed Flood Plan

The Conservancy hosted a great panel discussion tonight on the proposed flood plan for old Ellicott City. Many perspectives were shared, as people tried to grasp all of the details of the proposal. The county council public hearing for the appropriation of the funding is Monday at 7 pm at George Howard Building.
