Shop Local! Shop Small Saturday in Ellicott City

November 25, 2017

I hope you all had a chance to attend Shop Small Saturday in Old Ellicott City! Here's a few fun posts from the day:

You definitely want to check out A Journey from Junk and Junk Girl on Main Street. Owner Kelli Fitzsimmons-Meyers has created two unique boutiques with fun gifts, great clothes, and the best selection of Annie Sloan chalk paint anywhere. It was a long, hard slog for Kelli to come back from the Flood and we are so glad she did! Check out her shops this holiday season and support our Main Street merchants. #ShopLocal #MidnightMadness #Stronger9B

Who is ready for Portalli's to serve their delicious food again? I know Evan Brown is ready, he has been working for 16 months since the flood to reopen this wonderful restaurant .....and it will be open on Friday, 12/1! I had a tour today and the place looks fantastic with new windows that overlook the stream and let in lots of light. Let’s welcome Portallis by dining there in December. Congratulations Evan and team! #NeverGiveUp #DineLocal #MidnightMadness #ShopSmall #ShareThisPostToHelpPortallis
